So there I was at my desk, when a potential client walked in the door; wanting to know if we can produce a webpage for him. “I want something original!” he exclaimed, ‘Something dynamic and eye catching! Something that's gonna generate a lot of traffic…!”

This guy was starting to get worked up. He was obviously very excited about his product. “…I have this idea my partner and I thought up!” he continued. “…20 dancing girls juggling oranges…and singing our company theme song!” “You know…like those cute cartoons they do on the internet these days …like the one with George Bush and Al Gore!”

He loosened up his tie. He was starting to perspire. “…But I don't want to spend a lot of money, either!” he pauses ever so slightly. “…so when can you have this finished?”

So we mapped out a concept. Something a little less Cecil B. Demil and a little more in tune with the 21 st century. But we worked together. No false promises. He walked away feeling good about the project. And you know what? When our clients feel good then we feel good.
